Meet Rhiannon

I am a Usui Tibetan Reiki Master Teacher, Sacred Self Facilitator, and intuitive healing practitioner devoted to creating safe, embodied spaces for healing, transformation, and reconnection. Reiki has been one of the most profound teachers of my life. I experience it as both a graceful surrender and a gentle empowerment — an infinitely loving, steady field where the nervous system can soften and the deeper Self can be remembered. It is an honor to offer this beautiful healing modality to both humans and animals.

My Approach

Whether I am offering Reiki sessions, teaching certification courses, or facilitating sacred events, my intention is always the same: to meet people exactly where they are and support them in reconnecting with their own innate wisdom and healing capacity. My work is grounded, intuitive, and trauma-aware. I am deeply committed to creating inclusive, supportive environments where clients and students feel safe, respected, and empowered — never rushed, fixed, or pushed. Community is central to my work. Through ongoing events, mentorship, and long-term practitioner training, I strive to cultivate spaces where healing unfolds naturally through presence, practice, and connection.

A Calling Rooted in Love

Although I had worked with energy healing for many years, my path with Reiki was deeply shaped by our beloved dog Rowan’s journey with canine lymphoma. Reiki became a way of offering comfort, presence, and love during a tender time — and from that experience, Rowan Tree Reiki was born. What began as a devotion to one beloved companion expanded into a lifelong commitment to sharing Reiki as a personal and professional practice for both humans and animals.

Animal Reiki & Compassionate Care

Animals have always been close to my heart. From the very beginning of my Reiki journey, I felt called to extend this work to animal companions. In addition to offering Reiki sessions for humans, I provide in-home and Distant Animal Reiki sessions and volunteer Reiki for animals in rescue. This work is offered with deep respect for each animal’s autonomy, sensitivity, and unique healing process.

Why Clients & Students Feel Safe

My work is shaped not only by training, but by lived experience. Like many who are drawn to healing work, my life has included grief, illness, loss, and profound transformation. These experiences — along with my empathic nature — allow me to meet others with genuine compassion and understanding. I hold space gently and steadily, honoring both the vulnerability and resilience of being human. Clients and students often share that they feel deeply supported, seen, and at ease in my presence — able to rest, explore, and heal at their own pace.
